The RC4 allows you start and stop recording or playback, fast forward and rewind through your files, switch the input source, and set recording and playback levels on the H4n / H4n Pro / M4 MicTrak from a distance, thus eliminating handling noise. It comes with a 2 meter cable and a 3 meter extension cable, enabling you to use the RC4 far from the action.
