Zoom North America is a team of audio and video industry veterans and professionals. Zoom has and will continue to introduce an innovative line of products for the music, audio for film, and commercial audio fields. These include audio recorders, video recorders, audio interfaces, guitar pedals, and more.

We are looking for a sales manager to help achieve sales targets, manage internal and external sales support personnel, and develop and nurture account relationships. Monitoring, analyzing, and creating sales reports will be a regular function of your job. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with different departments to align strategies with overall business objectives. This position requires the ability to quickly gain knowledge and translate it effectively and clearly in person, over the phone and in writing. Strong communications skills are a must.

Applicants should have knowledge in the field of music technology, the creator market or consumer electronics. A proficient level of skills for the following is a must; Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint (or equivalent), Mailchimp (or equivalent).


  • Work with Zoom Management to develop sales forecasts and meet or exceed them
  • Support and develop relationships with Zoom dealers in the US.
  • Identify new sales prospects
  • Leverage data to create sales opportunities
  • Use SalesPad to harvest data and support Zoom personnel
  • Travel to visit accounts for product training and sales meeting
  • Develop ad-hoc reports for sales reps, dealers and Zoom management


  • 5+ years of work experience in M.I. or C.E market supporting customers, dealers, and end-users
  • History of managing team to achieve or exceed company goals
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong analytical skills in business and technical issues
  • Knowledge of digital audio recording is preferred
